Missed Appointments

It is very important that you keep all the appointments that you arrange. If you find you no longer need or can’t make your appointment, please cancel it. You can do this by phoning 0151 677 2327, or by using the NHS App.

Last month a total of 168 appointments were not attended.

Each appointment costs the NHS £30 on average – this is a total loss of approximately £5040.
