- We are prioritising delivery of care and services based on clinical needs. If you need medical advice or treatment, please visit our website and submit an eConsult or telephone 0151 677 2327 if you do not have online access, however before submitting an eConsult please consider your pharmacy first, pharmacists can offer clinical advice and over-the-counter medicines for a range of minor illnesses.
The Practice will aim to respond to your eConsult within two working days. Please note that eConsult is available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00am and 5:00pm to 7:00pm (Excluding bank holidays.)

Our doctor, nurses and staff are working extremely hard to provide services and care and we would like to thank our patients for your continued support.
1st Contact Physio: If you have a problem with a joint, muscle, nerve or tendon you can now self-refer to 1st Contact Physio without the need to speak to your GP. Please click the link below.
We are here to help as always but you must:
- Use the service sensibly
- Remember – We are extremely busy, We are working hard in difficult and worrying times.
- Repeat medication – do not order more than you need, or order too early. There will then be less problems for everyone.
- Use eConsult – This is the quickest and preferred way to get a response from the GP. The online form allows you to ask questions and send information to the doctors (and the team). In most cases we will respond to you with a plan by phone, text message or email. We can then make safe arrangements if you do need to be seen in person.
Help us to help you when you most need it. Use Health services sensibly.
